Preparation (guide)
Simmer method: Rinse. Use ~1 part bulgur to 1.8–2 parts water/broth; simmer 12–15 min, rest covered 5 min, then fluff.
Hot-soak method: Rinse. Add 1.5–1.7 parts boiling water; cover 20–25 min, then fluff and season.
